Meet your instructor...
My name is Tiana Rockwell and I am a functional nutritional therapy practitioner (FNTP), an endurance athlete and a lover of dark chocolate!
I founded my business in 2014 and have been working with clients to help them create a personalized diet that helps them feel their best and thrive.
I believe that with the right knowledge and tools, using nutrient dense real foods can be fun, easy and enjoyable.
I discovered the low carb, high fat lifestyle in 2013, but back then, I used foods like pork rinds and cream cheese to get into ketosis. I did it. But it just didn’t feel right. After years of researching and experimenting, I learned that there is a way to achieve all the benefits of keto while still eating lots of veggies and some fruit. I personally follow a dairy-free ketogenic diet that is FULL of vegetables, and I have no problems burning fat as my primary energy source.
In 2016, I developed a 6 week course, very similar to this one, but specifically for endurance athletes. Since then, I have developed and have taught hundreds of clients, athletes and non-athletes alike, exactly how to use a personalized, clean keto approach to reach their personal health goals.
